To qualify for a return, the item must be in new or unused condition, and the return must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Please ensure that the product is used as intended and well-maintained, as we cannot accept returns for items that have been improperly used, poorly maintained, or ripped due to misuse.
